S87 Search Court Events - Criteria

 

 Purposes:

 

This screen allows MIMS users to view a list of court events based on the specific criteria that have been entered.

 

Prerequisites:

 

1.       MIMS user must be an authorized actor to update on this screen.

            The following actors have the ability to update:

 

·         All Internal MEP staff

·         Provisional Agent

·         Legal Services

Helpful Hints:

 

·         The more information you enter into the search criteria, the narrower the findings will be.

·         Any combination of search criteria can be used in searching for a specific court event.

·         At least one criteria must be selected to limit the result list.

Description/Instructions

Search Criteria Segment

File Number

If known, enter the known MEP file number that corresponds with the court event.

Type

If known, select the type of court event.

Court Code

If known, select the location of the court event.

Start Date

If known, enter the start date of the court event.

End Date

If known, enter the end date of the court event.

Counsel

If known, enter the name of the counsel in the field labeled ‘Start With’.

 

You can enter either a full name or just a single letter.

Status

If known, select the status of the court event.

Defaults to ‘Open’

Click this button to begin the system search.
